For items that are damaged upon arrival, have a manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, you can request a replacement or a refund in the form of store credit. Request for replacement/refund must be made within 10 days of package receipt date. Describe the defect to email@example.com, also be sure to include your order number and contact information and one of our customer service representatives will contact you.
Please note that we securely bubble wrap every piece before shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping damages due to transportation. For such damages, please contact the courier for claim.
We do not accept used items for exchanging sizes or plating. We are not responsible for tarnish on used jewelry or items not purchases within the last 30 days
All returned items are subject to inspection. If an item is deemed defective, an exact replacement will be shipped to you or a refund will be made to your account.
